“I wanted to nominate him because Sean is our most decorated Highland Games athlete. He has represented the Las Vegas Highlanders all over the nation including qualifying for IHGF nationals multiple times and representing us at the Arnold Classic. He is regularly sharing his knowledge of throwing principles with other athletes and always trying to make everyone at practice better no matter their level.”

Light weight for distance. It’s my favorite to throw far!
Why Do You Do Highland Games?
I relate this to runners doing a 5k fun run. It’s enjoyable, has created a community of some of the best people I know. It also provides an opportunity to travel and see the world.
What is a Fun Fact About You?
My shoulder blades can protrude from my back.
